Biographical note
Krzysztof Spaliński is a student of the MSc Data Science program at the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science (Warsaw University of Technology) with bachelor's degrees in mathematics and economics from the University of Warsaw. His current research focuses on analyzing the local topology of the human genome at the scale of chromatin loops. In this project, he is applying graph-based methods to the processed ChIA-PET data.
