Biographical note
MSc in Organic Chemistry (2013), PhD in Theoretical Chemistry (2019), currently working at Cardinal Wyszynski University in Warsaw as Assistant Professor. Cooperating with startups concentrated on utilization of Deep Learning in Life Sciences - Molecule.One and Ingenix.AI. His work concentrates on the nexus of mathematical topology and biochemistry. In particular, his primary scientific interests include biochemical structures with complex topology (knots, links in molecules and proteins), applications of deep learning in pure topology and biochemistry, and molecular description of the process on the cell level.
