Biographical note
Sachin Gadakh is currently a PhD student in the discipline of biological sciences at Warsaw University. He has obtained his Masters in Science in Bioinformatics from Center for Bioinformatics, Pondicherry University. His main interests are studying the causative role of three-dimensional human genome structure in cancer development, analyzing long-read sequencing data to study structural variants, analyzing chromosome conformation capture based methods data such as PoreC. He is currently working on a comparative analysis of structural variants identified by various sequencing technologies
